Yahoo messenger in yahoo mail and flash version?

  • I just upgraded my mac (leopard) with the new version on adobe flash (version 10).
    If I'm in the yahoo mail page and try to access the embedded messenger functionality, a popup error message comes up claiming that a version of flash higher than 9.0.115 is required for the feature.
    Any suggestion how to fix this other than to wait for yahoo new code?


  • i've spent all afternoon on this issue with Y!mail support. The only fix was to uninstall flash 10 and reinstall v9.0.115 (you can get it here: http://www.download.com/Adobe-Flash-Play... It worked for me...good luck!
