If you had a choice of only the two to live for a few months. Why?France, if I have a chance.FRANCE CAUSE I THINK IT'S NICE AND I DON'T KNOW MUCH INFORMATION ABOUT BELGIUMHmmmm that's kinda hard, because if I lived in France I could go shopping in Paris(fashion capital of the world! :D) AND if I lived in Belgium I could eat some freakin good chocolate and go see how it's made! ;D
Between the two I'd probably live in France and every now and then go buy some chocolate from Belgium :P hehe.France, France and France. France: Paris, Eiffel TowerFrance.i have been to Belgium and dint like it France
Because Belgium isnt as entertainingFrance. Much of a bigger city that's more famous.Belgium. Their chocolates are deliciousI've lived in Belgium for 5 years and France for 9 years.
It is difficult to choose without knowing more about the writer.

Better TV (!)
Better linguists
Possibly better food than France
Quietly welcoming to foreigners
