Why is drought bad.... the issues that come with drought?

Try this out.
Drought is bad, mmm k.
Water is needed to produce life as we know it.
Your soft drinks, juices (yeah it comes from fruit, but the fruit comes from water) all of comes from water.
If you have a drought that lasts a long time, like L.A. is in, the soil gets sucked of all it's nutrients. Water replenishes these nutrients making grass, trees, bushes grow.
With out water animals (including humans) and insects would die.
Try googling it. This is as short of an answer as i can give.
