Why do Athiest belive what they read in books?
Arent Athiest just trusting books and man, instead of trusting God?
Doesnt anyone see the hypocracy?
Atheist don't hate, hate is a religious word and we don't believe in it.
I think and discuss with others. I don't need a book to tell me what to believe.
Hey, anyone here how the loving muslims strapped bombs on an 8 year old girl to go kill the enemy? Such a loving religion indeed.
Atheists arent trusting in books as a Christian holds trust in the Bible. They trust that which has been verified to be true.
If you wish to call atheism a religion you are calling clear a colour.
p.s. the plural of 'atheist' is 'atheists.' You might want to remember that..
We don't 'hate' the bible we just don't belive in it. Atheist is NOT a religion that's the thing, we don't belive in religion not just christanity.
the religious read one book & decide with other people
atheists read many books & decide individually
Christians and atheists alike quite often parrot what others
have said which isn't always a bad thing especially if the references they parrot are proven to be fact and have kept their factuality over the years. In the case of Christian references like the Matthew Henry Commentary, Strong's Concordance, etc, these have been around for many years and are still used as valuable and factually established tools for study. Science is ever changing because of new discoveries. What was once thought of as fact would be decimated by a newer finding. Evolution on the other hand tries to use science to prove a theory that will never become a fact. Science itself has proven many of their former "truths" to be nothing more than concocted half truths and shoddy experiments. Take the Miller Experiment for instance.
Obviously, the significance of Miller's Experiment-----which to this day is still featured in many biology textbooks---hinges on whether he used an atmosphere that accurately simulated the environment of early earth. To make a long story short, yes Miller's Experiment produced "organic molecules" but they ended up being formaldehyde and cyanide but to suggest that formaldehyde and cyanide give you the right substrate for the origin of life is a joke. Millers experiment produced organic molecules alright but do you know what you get? "Embalming fluid".
My point being, there's nothing wrong with parroting or using what other people have written or spoken but always make sure what you use is tried and true. Evolution changes as much as I change my socks because the evolutionist's once believed "facts" are always destroyed by new "facts". The Bible is tried and true as are most of the references. Much of what evolutionist's thought to be fact but has since been proven wrong, are still contained within many science textbooks and yes, still believed and parroted by evolutionists.
i do c der hipocracy. but cant help. only god will deal wid dem in the best of ways. lets leave it up to him and pray 4 der guidence.
They would rather trust in what a man says than what God says.
The credulous have only one book, and believe it written by God, without evidence for that belief.
does not constitute reading the good book. Have you ever read the Koran? I doubt it.
Religionists generally rely upon just one book - usually a compendium of fractured ancient writings from thousands of years ago, when folks thought the sun revolved around the Earth and that thunder was the angry shouts of an invisible man who lived in the sky.
By the way, there is one mathematical equation revealed in the Bible - and it is utterly wrong! See if you can find it.
If we believed the Bible over other books, we would still be living in mud huts.
B. There is no god, therefore trusting god = trusting nothing.
C. There is a difference between a book that ask you to believe blindly and books that ask you to use your brain.
(And, by the way, evolution is no more a religion than gravity is. Perhaps you should read some other books besides the Bible and the "Koran".)
