I just tried dying my hair with a bottle from Hot Topic, and it didn't work on certain parts of my hair. (Yes, it was bleached.) I've heard that Manic Panic and Special Effects work really well, but where can I get them? Or is there another brand that you would recommend that I can get in stores?manic panic works well, i've never used special effects so i duno
stargazer and la riche are good tooI agree that professional hair color works best, but if the color didn't take it may be that your hair is too porous from bleaching. I suggest going to your stylist for a consultation.Just go to a salon and get it done, they have some crazy colors they can use Thats a negative on Manic Panic-- Try "Bright Effects" you can even get it from your local drug store such as Walgreens or Eckerds. It comes in an AMAZING bright pink and a bleach kit that is awesome. It says its semi-permanent but it lasted me 8 weeks and It is perfect for what you are looking fortry a Spirit store or a different halloween store#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
