  • what does the title have to do with the book & what is the relationship???


  • Pride refers to Mr. Darcy - a proud man.
    Prejudice refers to Elizabeth Bennet, because she is prejudiced against Mr. Darcy.


  • Prejudice would be Elizabeth prejudicing Darcy, and thinking he was all that because he was rich, and she thought he was perfect. But at the end she was proud to marry him.


  • Pride refers to Darcy; he is a proud man who rubs off as taciturn and fastidious.

    Prejudice refers to Elizabeth; she is prejudiced against Darcy based on her first impression of him.


  • Neat fact -

    Darcy --> Pride (each has 5 letters)

    Elizabeth --> Prejudice (each has 9 letters)
