reformatting an .rtf file

  • Hi,
I recently converted a pdf file to an .rtf file using a 3-party utility. The original file had tables but in the .rtf file; they are text boxes and connecting lines.

Is there an easy way to reformat this file consisting of 40 pages so I can insert them into a PowerPoint presentation?

    Thanks for your help!
    GEM

  • Just a thought - open the rtf file in Word. Select the boxes and lines and try using the "group" function from the drawing toolbar to combine them into a single item. I think you could then copy and paste this into PowerPoint. Maybe.

  • Probably, but without seeing the doc, cannot be sure. You're welcome to attach it here if you want a quicker answer.
