when connecting by ftp i see a Q drive which seems to be a duplicate of my C drive. i don't remember noticing this before. is this supposed to be there? can i delete it? thanks
-daveyes its supposed to be there and no don't delete ..I bought this used and preinstalled from somebody else so I am not sure exactly what installation method they used and why they installed to the C drive. it looks like there is both the default.xbe and xboxdash.xbe in the root folder but no cfg file as described in the manual. also the current setup only boots into xbmc if the right trigger is held down. can I safely change the installation to the F drive as described in the manual? It's a virtual drive mapped to the xbmc install folder....reading the manual would bring this information to light quite quickly. You would also realize that the team recommends you do NOT install XBMC on C as the partition is too small to support XBMC in its normal function.#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
