Portrait uni work

  • Just thought I'd stop by and see how you guys are getting on, and post up some of the work I'm producing at uni at the moment.
    All comments welcome.

  • I like them, although I tend to favor the ones that aren't quite so centered. They're all really great shots, they definately tickle the imagination into wondering about the stories behind the people and locations.

    the truth?

    when you post a bunch of pics and don't get comments give it time, then bump it later (like you did)

    either one of two things will happen
    1. people will comment and they just didn't see the thread before
    2. their being nice and don't like your work, and just don't say anything

    or people will be super nice and say stuff like . . . good, yeah, no, too contrasty etc.

    i think:

    exposure/contrast is off on all of these.

    the first one could be sooooo much better, your onto somthing there.
    i dislike the rest

  • Thanks for your comments. And yes, I want the truth. I don't post my work with the hope everyone will ,like it. I post in order to get crit and improve my work.


  • No. 3 is slightly overexposed on the right side of his face. I'm not sure about the rest, they look ok to me.
