NSW P Plate Suspension?

I lost my red P's about October last year for 3 months...I want to now get my Green P's...today is 1 year and 3 months since i got my Red P's...so ive had a year of driving (not including the suspension)...Can i get them now?? Or do they restart my year after i got them back...i couldnt find any info on the RTA site.
