I've run into an issue where a new user will finish registering and get redirected to a white page that states the following:
Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing or mismatched.
If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

:(If you don't want to revert your footer template due to a lot of modifications, then follow this post by Steve (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showpost.php?p=1549925&postcount=2), 2nd post from the link he posted above.Note: Since this was a custom template issue, if you had followed the instructions in the link I posted, that would have resolved this too.Revert your footer template since they it's most likely customized and not 3.7.1 compatible.I've done what you stated in your link Steve, it still does not resolve the issue.
I reuploaded all files ran the finalupgrade.php and it still doesn't work. I went to diagnostics, the only thing that came up was the mod thing and it was set to "no"
