Margins outside print area

I have a custom size envelope that I have used in a Mail merge to print my return address and 60 or so recipients.
When I merge the document I get a "The margins of Section 1 are set outside the printable area. Do you want to continue?"
...for every single envelope!
Either I have to click Yes sixty-something times or I can get around the message somehow. Can you tell me how to do the latter?
I'm attaching the envelope so you can see the settings.

PS Is there a way I can attach 2 documents when posting in your forum? I tried to attach the sample Data Source as well as the doc but it replaces the first attachment.
