Im afraid i used to have anxiety attacks or am i having am i sick?

  • an hour ago i started feeling on the left side of my chest hurts and then goes away and then my left arm hurts and goes away i took a bath i took some tylenol and i laid in bed while my husband tried to massage my body in order for me to relax i feel a discomfort and my husband says im just having an anxiety attak but i feel like theres no worry in my life now but i want to know has this happened to anyone before or is it like a heart attack im so so scared im female by the way and im 30 and i weigh around 120 pounds....
