I ordered a CD from Fauna Communications out of North Carolina. They had originally told me they were out of them and needed to make some more, and would have it to me within 3 weeks. The 3 weeks are long gone, and they have not returned my emails asking for a refund. They also have something going on with their phone....you can't leave a message and a machine picks it up every time. There is never anyone there. I paid for the CD with PayPal, but the 45 days you have to start a dispute with PayPal is long over! What else can I do? Thanks!!
