I'm 17 and for a couple years now this has been happening. The occurrences are pretty sporadic. Sometimes I will go a couple days without having one of these "episodes" and sometimes I will go a week having them a couple times a day. I've been smoking marijuana for a couple years now but I don't smoke cigarettes. I smoke every free day I have, so I don't smoke during the week. I stopped smoking for a little bit in september and it got better but then it came back so it might just be a coincidence. I'm not closed minded or stupid about the possibilities. I realize it's probably my smoking, but I've never heard of this happening to anyone else in any forums or from anyone I know who smokes. I'm just checking to see if it could be something else and if I should go to the doctor. I just don't want everyone else on yahoo to be closed minded about this and just say "stop smoking! it's bad and that's why this is happening! I know I should stop. I don't need other people to tell me that. Im just looking for any other possibilities or input on what it could bei get that too and i smoke also and i am 16
it most likely is caused by smoking however i am convinced that it is in my diet because i stopped eating spicy foods for a little bit and that really helped they don't happen nearly as badly
hope this helps and you feel better
p.s. keep ropin thickit is better if you go to see your physicianCould be panic attacks. Are you overweight? If not, then you probably have asthma and yes that probably means you should stop smoking. I developed asthma from smoking cigarettes and I had similar symptoms to what you describe. Also, are you a nervous/anxious person - that can also cause this problem - basically you are "over breathing". Try to slow yourself down and relax - also cut back on the pot smoking ......#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
