My other pc went in for a minor repair and it came back with the hard drive completely empty so I am having great difficulty getting this one working as I like it, although I have paid twice to have some things put on but I cannot keep paying.
Any help would be appreciated
I am a senior citizen and not too technically minded.what is it you need mags.
we cant help you apart from guiding you towards illegally getting programs for your comp.
if there is something special you are after then let us know by editing your question.I'm not quite sure what you need, do you have the original software disks from the programs that were wiped, if so you should be able to reinstall them as long as you have license/registration keys that came with them. You say you cannot contact your son by remote you will need to give us some more information - which program did you use - do you mean email or something like skype? (Voice over internet)
If you give a list of your old programs we may be able to help further
Return it and get a athor one you get one free believe me i did that to.I recall having a similar problem with my computer playing cds and used this to repair it: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/detai...
Keep in mind, it's for XP only. If you have Vista, please don't use the above fix.
EDIT: What did you bring the computer in for originally? There are some cases where you HAVE to reinstall the system in order to rectify the problem. But are you saying that the hard drive was completely blank? No operating system or anything?#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
