How's Keller's No.1 position holding up?

  • Not that I think everything has been Kasey Keller's fault, but recently Tottenham does seem to have had a slight dip in form. It's a team game, but often times a manager will change the GK in order to put it into the other player's minds that no one is exempt from being replaced.

Since I can't see all the Tottenham matches from here in the States, is there a general consensus in London that Kasey's doing a bad job, or is it being more blamed on a shaky backline and a lack of scoring punch?

I know they're not fighting relegation or anything, but Europe is still a possibility.

  • Keller is fine. His understudy is 'The Fat Scot', so I don't think his place is in danger any time soon.

There have been games recently we could've won had we not been so lightweight up front.

    Not Keller's problem.

  • This isn't a London point of view, but I got a couple of pennies to throw in.

Dean Richards, central defender, was out through injury. I think that was the main cause of the dip in form. Absent any howlers, the spot is pretty much Keller's.

Thst's my 2 cents, and now I'm broke...
