ok .. So I have a daughter who turns 1 Saturday . I started taking birth control a year ago but came off of it the end July. I had a period Aug. 6th but haven't had another one since ? when will I have another period . We are TTC another child because i want them close in age . But i don't know what to do about my period everything was normal before the pill .. ADVICE PLEASE .. It may take 6 months for your normal rhythm to return. OR, you could be pregnant.It sounds like you started taking birth control shortly after your daughter was born, so you probably didn't wait for everything to get normal after that before artificially regulating your cycle. Give it a little time to get back to normal. Keep in mind that you don't necessarily need to have a regular period to be able to conceive. You just need to know when you are ovulating. Maybe get one of those tests to find out your most fertile days. Good luck on your next baby.When I got off the pill, it took a couple of months for my period to get back to normal cause my body was so use to the pill and your hormones have to get back to normal. well it takes a while for your body to get back to normal and if your ttc maybe your pregnant
