a bad one is one that kills me and themselves like MCRGood bands- Influence people in the way that bands like The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, The Ramones, and Nirvana did. Bringing exposure to their genre of music by using their talent, not their looks, and not who they f*ck. *Totally not a stab at Pete Wentz.*I like my music based on their lyrics.
If the lyrics can capture me, and make me think, or just provoke emotion in general then i will love them.
Secondly, it also has to be catchy so i dont get sick of it, lol.-A good rock band is when u never get sick of there songsss
-A bad one is wen u likethemfor a coupledays then they jus get oldA good rock band is made up of members who actually have a passion for what they do. They're not in the music business just for the fame and money. They care about their fans and the lyrics they write have meaning.

Bad rock band= Metal, Emo/Screamo, Punk, and any Alternative or Indie band with whiny Vocals.Pink Floyd.A good rock band to me is one that makes me feel what they are trying to convey in their song. Like if its a hyper song I want to feel hyper or if its a sad song I want to feel sad. Also a band that stands up for themselves and doesn't always do what other ppl want.

i like to be able to feel the singer's emotion
it has to have a good drummer with a hot beat
i like to be able to slightly understand the words
