I am a music addict; esp. when it comes to west indian/caribbean generated genres seeing as that's my heritage. however i don't speak the language they were speaking/singing/chanting in the tune, so i'm blindfolded.

but i need plenty of help.

there was this song ive been looking for for LITERALLY a year.
I have heard it on Dahved levy's Caribbean Radio show, and never on another. I've heard it more than once on there, especially when he mixes his kassav and others.

The song sounded directly generic of Merengue; only chanting a language which i think was french/creole. It was haitian zouk though.

They started out talking, then the chorus they were shouting/fastly dj'ing the same words.


I know i'm no help and I am not being precise, but if you can help me it would be appreciated.

PLEASE feel free to add some songs that are similiar.
as long as it is haitian zouk/kompa based that sounds like merengue.
