For the past few months i have not been able to take full breaths?

  • i have been smoking for 19 years but trying to quit i dont get winded when i exercise and i sleep good at night it seems to start when im relaxing and usually lasts all day i exhale fine just cant take a full breath...could this be asthma


  • You of course know that you need to stop smoking-
    that is the first thing that a doctor is going to say to you- you are having the effects of a smokers lungs, your lungs are getting clogged and it is harder for you to breathe, please don't end up with a breathing machine!!!


  • Smoking can bring on asthma as well as other diseases. You should see your doctor. Keep a journal so that you can share with him/her when you have difficulty breathing and what you did or ate before that time.
