That is what he could command.Yes.No, and if that were the only thing a president did I would vote for McCain, or even better one of our ex generals who would be even more qualified that McCain. But the role of Commander and Chief is mostly symbolic and a president's real job is to make policy decision, and for this I trust Obama moreno he's a dipsh!tI'm fine with him.

Your question left out the Marines, but in answering your question, I don't believe for one minute Obama could handle the pressure. He has no experience running anything except maybe his household. I ran my household, and in no way do I have the experience to run our military even though my dad was a marine and fought in Korea. He does not know military policies and I think would do a pi$$ poor job of even running our country. The fact that he belongs to so many questionable organizations and people makes me think he isn't for the American People in any way shape form or manner. I really think we are in trouble if he is elected as our commander and chief. Obama has No need for the Military, except to control the American people, what would he need the military for, he thinks he can negotiate with all our enemies. just like Jimmy Carter negotiated with the Iranians for 452 days to release the hostages, and they were released a day before Reagan took office,wonder what changed their minds, all of a sudden, because they knew Carter was weak, but they knew Reagan don't play that crap. *Voted against the Born Alive Act ... which means if an aborted baby is born alive AND CAN LIVE ON IT'S OWN- it is still okay for the doctor to kill it/stick it somewhere to die because that was the baby's fate to begin with.

I can see why you'd ask since it's helpful when you are in a position to command the armed forces to have served and be able to adopt a military mindset, giving McCain the edge, but likewise, just having been in the military does not give you the judgment, circumspection, and calm demeanor needed to make wise decisions, nor does having personal issues related to your war experience, giving Obama the edge.
Given those parameters, we all have our decisions to make. I choose Obama.Yes. Over McSame and Failin'?? Is this a serious question?No I don't.
