Just something simple. It is done with the tutorial on the site but its only about the second the thing I've done in photoshop.

white on black color scheme loks hawtCustomize the colours more, change the scan lines make the font bigger, get rid of the green, make it black add some white splats to make it look more graffiti, maybe add the odd extra feature and you have a truly custom footer ;) (notice how all I left you with as the font)
But as your second thing in photoshop I should say you have done well.nit bad but i dont like the font :/ - nice colours throughIt screams b3nkobe lol.
