Copy Thread to Another Forum

There seems to no option to copy a thread from one forum to another... :confused:

There is no option to mass copy threads.

I think I'll head over to the Suggestion Box thread. :D

Thread Tools -> Copy Thread

There is no option to mass copy threads.

Select them with the checkbox to the right and at the bottom of the page, chose move threads.

That will move threads en masse, but won't copy them.

I just had a situation today where I wanted to copy an entire forum's threads as a backup, as that forum only had 89 threads in it. We're doing some housecleaning, but wanted to keep a copy of threads in that section as a backup in case we needed it.

I can see thread copying as being somewhat server-intensive, but I'd still like the option. Haven't tried at The Org (vB.org) yet, though... :D

yes, much needed. i had to copy 5 threads to 5 different forums, in all i kept clikcing copy thread process about 20 times. 5c5
