which is better?Either is fine but I wouldn't reccomend canola for frying.I agree with Kimberly H. 100%.vegtablevegetablevegetable oil has a higher smoking point then corn oil. Vegetable oils smoking point can be around 360 to 375 and corn oil is around 325i would recomend vegie...corn give the chicken to much of a corn taste....vegie does not give to much of a flavor...iMelted vegetable shortening (crisco) will provide the best results. Not very healthy, but fried chicken isn't very healthy anyway, so that probably isn't your biggest concern. Between vegetable oil and corn oil, it doesn't make a difference.#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
