Cant get any programs to run

i installed xbmc-cvs_2006-01-24-t3ch.rar and tested everything xored, etc., all worked perfect.
installed xbmc-cvs_2006-01-29-t3ch.rar and from then on any program i launch fails to load. here is the debug log:

everything looks like its working, i cant see a single bug *:no:
same happens after going to latest xbmc-cvs_2006-02-06-t3ch.rar
so now after the screen goes blank and the title fails to load, the led on the eject button remain orange as i set it in the settings, so i know that xbmc didnt finish what it was doing as the light usually goes back to green when a title lauches sucessfully.
so i push the eject button rather than shutting down, now my xbox reboots(i think this is supposed to happen when it crashes), and this time xbmc loads again, and guess what everything is work a-ok. no problems, i can load any app/game, use trainers,etc.
what gives? think you guys can figure this one out, i would much apprici8 it.

ps. this only happens when xbmc starts up the 1st time after turning the console on. also i'm using xbmc as my dashboard. and downgrading to xbmc-cvs_2006-01-18-t3ch.rar solves this problem, but has no xored engine, and i kinda really want to use it. so pls *:help:
