Ads plugin question

  • Just wanted to know how the ads plugin for outpost worked, does it just hide the ads, or does it actually block the ad from loading on the website thus saving you bandwith, if it loads it and just hides them is there any recomendations for one that will prevent them from even loading because i need all the bandwith i can get with my 56k. thank you

    Randy is right.
    OP actually stops them from loading. In fact it is fairly aggressive. I have had to edit out a couple of ad strings to get a few work related sites to function. If OP only hid the ads, the site would function normally, albeit not look right.

    Chill as far as I know the Ads plug in stops them from loading.

  • yeah great plugin, ive been importing the agnis for op list like you said its agressive have to go and remove some, and i havent found a better ad blocking combination with it blocking add sizes and specific sites like outpost does, and no need to run another app for it :)
