2GB Rally2 corrupts files

1. When I copy a large file (e.g. a divx video or uncompressed audio file), or large number of small files (e.g. folders containing hundreds of mp3 files), some of the files get corrupted and becomes unreadable.
2. Sometimes the corrupted files/folders are even undeletable, only being able to get removed by formatting the drive.
I tried the Rally2 on different computers and tried several formatting programs (including the one in OCZ website), but the problem reappears.
