  • In case you do not know, Japanese allied with Nazis and lost some real estate to Russia as a result. The novel's hero was on his way from Germany to Japan, but Americans stopped him.

  • "Mein Krampf" means "my cramp", it's German & a word play on Hitler's book "Mein Kampf" (IE "my fight/struggle").
